The big problem is that, since it's a brave new world, the tiers aren't set in stone. I mean, realistically the only reason Wobby was banned in Advance generation is mostly because two Wobbies with leftovers that got sent out at the same time would result in a game lasting forever (since the struggle damage and recoil would be less than what Leftovers heals). In D/P Shadow Tag got changed so that two Pokemon with Shadow Tag can switch out on each other, there's an item (Shed Skin) that'll let you switch out regardless of Mean Look/Shadow Tag/Arena Trap/et al, there are tons of new attacks that are super effective against Wobby, and Spiritomb shuts Wobbufett down completely. Not only that, but if you allow one uber per team it basically comes down to whose side loses their uber first, which is kinda meh.
